Charges filed in convenience store killing

Two young men were charged Friday in connection with a double murder of a convenience store owner and manager just east of downtown last June. Minh Joseph Truong, 20, and Casey Demon Carmon, 17, were charged with capital murder in the deaths of Shahzad Anwer Quraishi, 57, and Mohammad Aziz Zubair, 55, who called 9-1-1 during an attempted robbery and described the attackers.
