Grand jury to look at Harris case of man who shot intruder

The fatal shooting of a suspected home intruder early Wednesday will be referred to a Harris County grand jury, Houston police said today. Roosevelt Jackson, 23, forced his way into a house in the 300 block of Blueberry Lane about 9:20 a.m. while the homeowner was sleeping, Houston police said.
